Grupo Pistacyl will once again be present at Salón Gourmets, the main Quality Food and Beverage Fair, whose 37th edition will be held from April 22 to 25 at IFEMA.
The company from Valladolid will attend the event with Tierra de Sabor and will participate with stand 4F23-68 in Hall 4 of the Madrid fairgrounds, where it will present all its products.
In addition to its natural pistachio and the “Pistacyl Pistachio Paste” that it presented at the last edition of Salón Gourmets with great success, Grupo Pistacyl will bring to the fair this year its latest developments also made from the pistachio it produces: the “Natural ground pistachio”, the “Natural pistachio granella” and the “Pistachio and chocolate cream”.
Pistachio “granella” and the ground pistachio are ideal for preparing cakes and desserts in general, and also for preparing sauces and pasta, meat and fish dishes.
For its part, the pistachio and chocolate cream is aimed at direct consumption as a snack and also for the preparation of pastry products.
All of them are made from natural, unroasted pistachios and do not have any type of preservative, coloring, oil or added sugar that alters their natural qualities and nutritional properties.
Along with all these products, Grupo Pistacyl is also going to present the latest vintage of its Desacato wine at Salón Gourmets 2024, which it makes with 100% Verdejo grapes under the Rueda Denomination of Origin.
