Grupo Pistacyl will be present from April 17th to 20th at the 36th edition of Salón Gourmets, the number one quality Food and Beverage Fair in Europe and one of the benchmark events in the world.
Grupo Pistacyl will participate in this event at stand 4F23-74 in Hall 4 of IFEMA Madrid, where it will exhibit under the Tierra de Sabor label, the guarantee brand that identifies quality agri-food products produced in Castile and Leon.
There, it will introduce visitors to its product catalogue, which includes the sale of natural pistachios and organically produced pistachios, without any type of roasting, salt or any other element that alters their nutritional properties.
It will also show the characteristics of its “Pistacyl Pistachio Paste”, made without adding any type of preservative, coloring, oil or sugar from natural unroasted pistachios, thus avoiding subjecting the product to high temperatures that deteriorate the mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, characteristic of this fruit.
In addition, Grupo Pistacyl will take advantage of its presence at Salón Gourmets to present the third vintage of Desacato, a wine that this family agri-food company produces under the protection of the Denomination of Origin of Rueda.
With a production limited to 45,000 bottles, this wine is made with 100% Verdejo grapes from the vineyards that Grupo Pistacyl has in Valladolid, and in its short history its quality has already been recognized with a Silver Medal at the Concours Mondial Bruxelles held in May 2022.
The new vintage of Desacato is presented in a moss-colored glass bottle, which gives the wine greater protection against light, and also with a new label design, which, in addition to its characteristic black background, will also have a version with a white background for distribution in commercial establishments.
With more than 2,200 national and international exhibitors and more than 100,000 visitors, Salón Gourmets is the most important annual showcase for high-end food and beverages and the meeting point for national and international professionals from the gastronomic sector and specialized trade.
For the first time in its history, this event will occupy the 5 IFEMA Madrid pavilions where more than 1,200 activities will also take place, including the 28th Spanish Sommelier Championship, sponsored by Tierra de Sabor.
In addition, the 36th edition of Salón Gourmets will have separate spaces reserved exclusively for new products, the Innovation Area, and new organic products, the Organic Exhibition Area, where you can learn about the latest gastronomic trends.
