Grupo Pistacyl is presenting its new products at the Alimentaria Barcelona 2026 trade fair. These products are made from pistachios grown in Castile and León and represent a significant innovation in the market.
One of these novel products is the first natural pistachio praline with extra virgin olive oil, an ideal ingredient for preparing desserts and pastry recipes.
The Valladolid-based agri-food company has also brought another of its recent launches to Alimentaria 2026: “Pistachoc” products. These pistachios are covered in crunchy caramel and a layer of chocolate, available in three varieties: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and a gold finish.
At this important agri-food fair, Grupo Pistacyl is also showcasing its new “Premium Pistachio Paste,” made exclusively with natural and roasted pistachios, without any preservatives, colorings, oils, or sugar.
Like the unroasted pistachio paste they have been selling since 2023, this new product is intended as a base for making ice cream, nougat, and other confectionery products, as well as an ingredient in recipes that include this nut, especially in the hospitality sector.
Alongside these innovations, Grupo Pistacyl is presenting other recent products to the hundreds of professional visitors attending Alimentaria 2026, including the first pistachio oil obtained through a cold-pressing process. This process yields 100% natural oil, without any roasting, preservatives, colourings, or sugar.
This is a product of high nutritional value, characterized by a high content of oleic and linoleic acids, and with excellent qualities that make it ideal for food and culinary use, especially in haute cuisine, in both sweet and savoury dishes.
The Valladolid-based company has also brought to the event the new vintage of its Desacato Verdejo 2025 wine, which it presented last week at the Prowein trade fair in Germany and which has already been recognized with a Silver Medal at the prestigious Mundus Vini-Grand International Wine Award 2026.
This is the first time that Grupo Pistacyl has attended this important international event, which is being held in Barcelona until March 26, and in which it is participating under the institutional pavilion organized by the Tierra de Sabor quality assurance brand to which it belongs.
